The room was good-sized and equipped with a great bathroom, fruit and via Roma.

Our room was big size and airy with balcony. The breakfast was amazing and lovely and with luke warm coffee. The atmosphere created was COMFORTABLE. Location: the hotel was close enough to all tourist sights, the centre of the old, and Archimede.

The hotel is located in a beautiful square in the center, providing easy access to all the attractions. The rooms are pleasant with double aspect and some have balconies with views towards the main square. The breakfast is delicious, served in a charming outdoor area, and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

Some guests mentioned that the breakfast staff can be stressful and disorganized, which could be a downside for a relaxing morning meal.

We loved every minute of our stay at Hotel Roma. From the outset the staff were very friendly and helpful and this continued throught our stay. The rooms were very clean and spacious and we also have a balcony view of the city. The dining areas were very clean and the food and staff were excellent. We would stay here again and we would have no reservations in recommending this hotel to our friends and family.

Fantastic location in Ortiega - right on the Piazza Duomo - one of the most beautiful piazzas in Sicily, let alone Italy. Staff wonderful. Provided bikes used to Siracusa sights. Centrally located for everything. Room large and clean. Parking nearby.

Great location for exploring Syracuse, within walking distance of major sights. Helpful staff who assist with car, luggage, and restaurant recommendations. Large rooms and enjoyable breakfast.

Felt really like home, no complaints.

The room was on the third floor and had an amazing view of Siracuse - from one window you had an amazing view of a myriad of quirky roof-tops and the sea beyond them and the other window gave onto a piazza alongside the Duomo. Both windows had balconies.

The bathroom was quite small and had no bath which we had requested. The breakfast was pretty dismal - not much choice and the bread/pastries were stale.

The location, the service-minded and helpful staff especially the various receptionists on duty. We also enjoyed the free audio-tour (mp3 audio sets supplied) it made our stay in Syracusa much much better

This central location allows for easy access to charming attractions, shops, and restaurants, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. The rooms are well-appointed, with some offering a nice view and a great bathroom. Additionally, the breakfast spread includes a variety of options, although the coffee could be warmer.

My stay at this hotel was great and I couldn't find anything that I believe could be improved.
